Shared responsibility
Security is a shared responsibility. StackswiseSoft is responsible for the platform: how the application is built, how customer data is stored, and how we operate the service. You, the customer, are responsible for how you use it: who you invite into your workspace, what data you upload, and how you configure access for your team and end-users.
Where we describe capabilities from underlying providers (hosting, payments), we describe what StackswiseSoft has enabled — not certifications issued to StackswiseSoft.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please email security@stackswisesoft.com with a description, steps to reproduce, and any supporting material. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it. We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days.
