Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email, workspace name.
• Customer content: records, documents, and files you create in the platform.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error diagnostics.
• Device information: IP address, browser type, and operating system.
• Billing metadata: invoice history and last four digits of payment method. Full card details are held by Stripe or PayPal.

To operate the service, process payments, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Performance of a contract (delivering the service), legitimate interests (product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing communications), and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@stackswisesoft.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use trusted subprocessors including our cloud hosting provider, Stripe (payments), PayPal (payments), and email delivery services. A current list is available on request.

We retain customer data for the duration of your subscription. Workspace data is deleted 30 days after termination unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Customer data is stored in your selected region (US or EU). Where transfers occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
