Acceptable Use Policy

• Content that is illegal in the customer's or StackswiseSoft's jurisdiction.
• Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; reported to authorities).
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware, phishing kits, or credential-harvesting material.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or overloading the API beyond documented limits.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through connected integrations.
• Using the platform to compete with StackswiseSoft by rebranding or reselling it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where safe and legal we will notify the account owner first and allow correction. Severe violations may result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to law enforcement.
